Overview

Memento Morning is designed to be a quiet reading experience. The site does not ask visitors to create an account, submit personal information, or interact with forms.

Information the app does not collect

The app does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels, newsletter forms, user accounts, or custom tracking cookies. It does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, or profile data.

Services the app loads

Memento Morning loads the front-end application from its hosting provider, requests the daily quote from Supabase, and loads the Inter font from Google Fonts. Those providers may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser details, request time, and the requested URL, to deliver their services and maintain security.

Local date

The app uses the visitor's browser date to request the quote for the current month and day. That date is used for content selection; it is not used to create an account or user profile.

Open source transparency

The source code is public, so anyone can inspect how the site works. Visit the Memento Morning repository to review the implementation.

Updates

This policy may change if the site adds new functionality. When that happens, the policy should be updated to describe the actual behavior rather than hypothetical tracking or data collection.
